ATS Spikes

The "Spikes" that are cast from High Chrome Alloy.

ATS Spikes feature a weld-lock design, wherein the weld bead locks the spike to the roll rather than welding the spike itself. Created from a solid, high quality chrome alloy that maintain their point and shape throughout their entire life.

Manufactured from a high quality chrome alloy that exhibits excellent wear and resistant qualities.

Designed for use on tree processor rolls, debarker feed rolls and log turning rolls, and for use in many post and pole processors and other related equipment.

ATS -Welding
Welding of the ATS Spike & Tips is very easy. No preheat is required as long as the project is kept at room temperature.
Life of the ATS Spike & Tips have been 7 to 10 times normal wear.

ATS - Shapes & Sizes
We currently have many different shapes and sizes to choose from. Custom sizes are also available.
These parts are made in a foundry, so there may be some shrinking, which is normal with this type of product











Our Guarantee
We are so confident that this product will outlast any other type of conventionally hardfaced product, that we guarantee that these "SPIKES" will last at least five (5) times longer than hardfaced points or your money back. Just contact ATS, Inc., within sixty days of invoice;  after inspection, credit will be issued. This guarantee does not apply to parts broken due to operator abuse.
